Our team works diligently each day feeding, cleaning, exercising, and managing reservations—to ensure every visit is smooth, personal, and stress-free. To help us maintain this level of care, we ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines:
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Scheduled Appointments Only
All drop-offs and pick-ups must be scheduled in advance, morning, afternoon, or at a specific time within our business hours. Please arrive at your scheduled time and no later than 15 minutes before closing.
⛔ Arrivals after closing will no longer be accommodated.
Vaccination Records Required
Proof of current vaccinations (DHPP, Rabies, and Bordetella) must be submitted before your dog’s visit. Records can be emailed by you or your veterinarian. Once received, we will confirm compliance via email.
⛔ We will no longer contact veterinary offices to request records on your behalf.
